They were able to quickly accommodate, diagnose, and repair my vehicle with the nicest disposition and willingness to help. We had a problem with our Traverse not starting or stopping. Jonathan Klotz was helpful, friendly and professional helping us to start the car! Rollin Nollenberg in the service dept displayed the same competence and graciousness in diagnosing the errors. We highly recommend both of them.

I'm assuming that Kaytlin is your service writer. Her lack of communication was astounding. When I made my oil change appointment for 9am I told her I was short on time and needed to get to work by 10. She assured me that it was no problem. When i came in for my appointment, i reiterated to her my time constraints and was again reassured. However at 9:48 when no one came to tell me my car was ready, I went back to the office area and was told by her that my car had not yet been started, or even moved from the parking lot. Literally did not communicate that they were running more than an hour behind schedule. No solutions were offered for my car to still be taken, except for me to bring it back later, which wasn't really an option. I called a few minutes later to see if perhaps someone could pick up my car and get the oil changed since I didn't have all day to sit there and wait to have it done. She originally told me no, but I asked her to check if an exception could be made. Ian was very accommodating apologized for my inconvenience and my car was seen and dropped back off to me later. My biggest complaint is your service writer's lack of communication and customer service skills.

Just ok and everything takes forever! Very slow service- sales also Dodge dealership is slowest 1- take all day to buy a vehicle

Heiser was easy to work with, I feel like I got a good deal on a nice truck, also, the service department is exelent- Top notch all the way around.

All the staff was friendly and the coat was reasonable Cost very helpful didn't try to pressure me getting more service down than what I was there for
